It serves scientific instruments, science and technology, medical and pharma, automotive and mobility, thin film deposition, semiconductor, photovoltaics, energy, process industry, and industrial vacuum markets. The company markets and distributes its products through its own network of sales companies and independent marketing agents. Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG was founded in 1890 and is headquartered in Aßlar, Germany.
