OCI is invested in the Oakley Capital Funds, which are Europe-focused private equity funds that aim to build portfolios of high-growth, medium-sized companies, primarily in the technology, consumer and education sectors. The Company invests in Fund I through Oakley Capital Private Equity L.P. It invests in Fund II through OCPE II Master L.P, Oakley Capital Private Equity II-A L.P, Oakley Capital Private Equity II-B L.P and Oakley Capital Private Equity II-C L.P. It invests in Fund III through OCPE III Master L.P., Oakley Capital Private Equity III-A L.P, Oakley Capital Private Equity III-B L.P and Oakley Capital Private Equity III-C L.P. Oakley Capital Limited is the investment adviser of OCI.
