NVN Liquidation, Inc., a medical dermatology company, focuses on developing and commercializing therapeutic products for skin diseases. The company was formerly known as Novan, Inc. and changed its name to NVN Liquidation, Inc. in October 2023. The company was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Durham, North Carolina. On July 17, 2023, NVN Liquidation, Inc., along with its affiliate, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
