The company operates 11 integrated educational complexes using the Saudi national curriculum, as well as American international curriculum under the Tarbya Namouthajiya Schools brand. It also invests in sports, entertainment, and sports clubs for school students. The company was formerly known as Tarniyah Namouthajiyah Schools Company and changed its name to National Company for Learning and Education in 2004. The company was incorporated in 1958 and is headquartered in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
