NAHL Group PLC is a company, which is engaged in consumer marketing business focusing on the United Kingdom consumer legal services (CLS) services market. The Company provides services and products to individuals through its two divisions: Consumer Legal Services and Critical Care. Its Consumer Legal services segment comprises of over three separate streams being: panel, which is engaged in the provision of personal injury and conveyancing enquiries to the panel law firms, based on a cost plus margin model; products, which consists of commissions received from providers for the sale of additional products by them to the panel law firms, surveys and the provision of conveyancing searches, and processing, which consists the case of its self-processing operations, revenue receivable from clients for the provision of legal services. The Company's Critical Care provides a range of specialist services in the catastrophic and serious injury market to both claimants and defendants.
