Manufacturas de Papel CA (MANPA) SACA is a Venezuela-based company engaged in the manufacture of paper, as well as its conversion for industrial, commercial, domestic, school and office use. The Company's products portfolio is structured in four divisions: Hygienic Paper, which comprises the production of toilet paper, tissues, paper napkins and kitchen towels; Printing, Writing and Packaging Paper, which includes a variety of bond paper, cardboards and rolls of wrapping paper, as well as a range of packaging solutions, sacks and paper bags used in the food processing and pharmaceutical industries. As of December 31, 2010, the Company owned fully consolidated subsidiary Vencaribbean Paper Products Ltd, as well as minor stakes in other related entities.
