Details of finance raised now released at 85p. Who could have predicted that?! Directors and close associates signing up for just £300k of the £241 being raised. Thats 0.12% hardly a vote of the boards confidence.

Is the share price being pumped in preparation of announcing details of the discounted finance raising.... bankers aiming for a share offer north of 80 perhaps targetting offer price of 85p?

Former CEO Hayden Mursell pretty much ran Kier to ground leaving mountain of debt through worthless acquisitions
