Its solutions include Jascloud, an advanced cloud-based PBX telephony system services for business; Tos-Chat, an application that can send and receive messages from WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Live Chat, Email, Telegram, etc.; Jasmeet, a video conference application; Emergency Call 112, an application for emergency; and Whatsapp business API. The company is involved in employment, hosting, call center, and other financial service activities, as well as cable, wireless, and satellite telecommunication activities. It also provides data communication system services, web portals and digital platforms, customer relationship management, human resources and management services, and internet service provider solutions, as well as local government public services. In addition, the company engages in the wholesale of telecommunications equipment, computers and computer equipment, software, and electronic parts, as well as office and processing industry machines, spare parts, and equipment. Further, it offers Jasgrid, a public complaint service; Omnichannel, a service to support consumer services through voice, email, SMS, social media, and video channels. The company was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. PT. Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk operates as a subsidiary of PT Persada Inti Sejahtera.
