Get in early doors before people realise the maths and spot the absolute bargain here. Gama Aviation (LON: GMAA) is selling its Jet East business for $131m. Adjusting for debt and transaction costs the net amount is $100m, which is equivalent to 125p/share. That could allow a 55p/share dividend. The share price is two-thirds higher at 87.5p. The rest of the cash can be reinvested in the remaining aviation services businesses. It recently won air ambulance and offshore helicopter contracts.

So apparently the shares seem to have an derisked value of £.1.25 per share as thats about what the sale is going to achieve. Plus you will still have a conpany worth a lot after its sold. Or am i missing something.

(Alliance News) - Gama Aviation PLC shares surged on Wednesday, after it said it agreed to sell its US maintenence, repair and operations business Jet East to West Star Aviation Enterprises LLC. The Farnborough, England-based aviation services company said the deal for Jet East, the trading name of Gama Aviation (Eng) Inc, had an enterprise value of USD131 million, while net proceeds are around USD100 million. Gama Aviation said the sale is conditional upon shareholder approval at a general meeting on November 3, with the transaction expected to complete shortly after. Shares in Gama Aviation jumped 52% to 80.00 pence each in London on Wednesday morning. "After interest from several parties, we are delighted to have agreed the sale of Jet East to West Star Aviation. I believe the new owner will be an excellent guardian of our valued strategic relationships and, importantly, the people that deliver critical services to our customers every day," said Chief Executive Officer Marwan Kh

They are proced at .89p.The conpany is going to give a minimum dividend of .55p a share to investor’s. Seems like a total bargain basement price at .89p
