GreenRoc Mining Plc is engaged in the development of mining and exploration interests in Greenland, where its subsidiaries hold four separate exploration permits. The Company focuses on developing its portfolio of high-grade critical minerals projects in Greenland, including its flagship project, the Amitsoq Graphite Project, into production. The Amitsoq Graphite Project concerns the development of a rich graphite ore deposit, outcropping at the southern tip of Amitsoq Island. The Amitsoq Graphite Project is located in the Nanortalik region of southern Greenland. Its Thule Black Sands Ilmenite Project is located in north-west Greenland, approximately 80 kilometers (km) south of the regional settlement of Qaanaaq. Its Melville Bay Iron Project is located in north-west Greenland within 200 km of seasonally ice-free coastline some, 1,500 km north of Nuuk and 130 km south of the nearest major settlement of Qaanaaq. The project hosts hematite and magnetite styles of mineralization.
