Global Ports Holding PLC is a United Kingdom-based independent cruise port operator. The Company has its presence in the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Asia-Pacific regions as well as a commercial port operation in Montenegro. The Company operates in two segments: Cruise port operations and Commercial port operations. The Cruise port operations segment includes Creuers, Valletta Cruise Port and Ege Ports-Kusadasi, Cagliari Cruise Port, Bodrum Cruise Port, Lisbon Cruise Terminals, and others. Its Commercial port operations segment include Port of Adria-Bar. The Company provides its services directly to cruise lines, passengers and crew, as well as works with destination stakeholders such as retailers, office tenants and third-party service providers. In certain ports, the Company also serve ferries, and super and mega yachts. The Company has interests in a network of cruise ports in approximately 12 countries. It also operates a commercial port in Montenegro.
