Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration, appraisal, development, and production of oil and gas properties in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The company owns a working interest in the West Firsby and Crosby Warren fields, and a 65% non-operated interest in the Whisby W4 well located in the East Midlands; and the Inishkea prospect comprising FEL 4/19 licence located in the Slyne basin, Ireland. It also holds interest 30% interest in the Broughton north fault block, and 25% interest in the Hardstoft including PEDL299 licence covering an area of 85.1 square kilometers located in the East Midlands. In addition, the company owns 40% interest in the Cloughton comprising PEDL 343 totaling an area of 110 square kilometers located the East Midlands; and 25% working interest in the Serenity farm-in consisting of P.2358 and BLOCK 13/23C licence located at Moray Firth basin.
