ES-CON JAPAN Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation of real estate business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Real Estate Sales segment is engaged in the planning, development and distribution of condominiums within the Kansai and Tokyo metropolitan areas. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing of commercial properties owned by the Company, as well as the operation of property management business. The Real Estate Plan, Brokerage and Consulting segment is engaged in the provision of planning, consulting, brokerage and other real estate-related services related to real estate’s renovation and sale and commercial facilities development, among others. On May 17, 2013, it announced that it had established a wholly owned subsidiary engaged in apartment management, property management, leasing and related business, in Tokyo. On July 30, 2014, it established a new wholly owned subsidiary in Tokyo.
