EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc is a United Kingdom-based global medical diagnostics company. The Company specializes in point-of-care testing, central laboratory tests, enzyme manufacturing and the provision of contract manufacturing services to the healthcare industry. The principal activity of the Company is the development, manufacture and supply of products and services into the in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) market and other industries. Its point of care (POC) analyzers are designed for use within doctors' surgeries, clinics, blood banks and hospitals and private laboratories to provide fast and accurate results at an affordable price. The Company’s life sciences specialize in producing enzymes and contracting custom products for use in medical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and industry. Its contract manufacturing provides specialized services to the diagnostics and healthcare industries for the production of custom kits. It provides bulk formulation, dispensing and kitting services.
