In the first stage of the two-step deal, Colonial will buy the 13% stake in SFL held by Credit Agricole (PA:CAGR)'s Predica subsidiary for 592 million euros.

I bought a lot ! Now 40% of my portfolio. Very cheap shares of very profitable bank. Except minimum €15.00 in June-July 2021. No intention to sell
