The Company’s investment objective is to provide shareholders with an income, together with the potential for capital growth from investing in a portfolio of social homes. The Company’s investment policy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of social homes throughout the United Kingdom. The Company intends to meet its investment objective by acquiring, typically indirectly via special purpose vehicles, portfolios of social homes and entering into long-term inflation-adjusted leases or occupancy agreements for terms primarily ranging from 10-40 years with approved providers, where all management and maintenance obligations will be serviced by the approved providers. Its portfolio includes approximately 697 properties with 4,594 tenancies. Its investment advisor is Civitas Investment Management Limited.

The whole market is depressed atm and not a time to sell unless something fundamental in the share has changed IMO

Private investors who followed the short seller and believed the false rumours could regret their decision IMHO. A decent medium term buy at today's SP.

Interesting article by QuotedData suggesting this is an orchestrated shortsell by ShadowFall. My gut says there’s still value and income here even if CSH drops out of FTSE250
