CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income plc is a United Kingdom-based investment company. The Company’s objective is to provide shareholders with capital growth and income predominantly from a portfolio of mining and resource equities and of mining, resource and industrial fixed securities. The Company invests predominantly in mining and resource equities and mining, resource and industrial fixed interest securities, including, but not limited to, preference shares, loan stocks and corporate bonds, which may be convertible and/or redeemable. The Company may invest in other sectors, including closed-end investment companies and open-ended collective investment schemes. The Company's assets consist principally of listed equities and fixed interest securities and its principal risks are therefore market related. The Company is also exposed to currency risk in respect of the markets in which it invests. CQS (UK) LLP (CQS), acts as an investment manager of the Company.
