Invesco Bond Income Plus Limited is a Jersey-based investment company. The Company’s investment objective is to seek to obtain capital growth and high income from investment, predominantly in high-yielding fixed-interest securities. The Company may invest in fixed-interest securities, including but not restricted to preference shares, loan stocks (convertible and redeemable), corporate bonds and government stocks, up to 100% of total assets. The Company invests across a range of sectors, including financials, consumer services, consumer goods, telecommunications, basic materials, oil and gas, health care, industrials, utilities, technology, consumer discretionary, and government bonds. Invesco Fund Managers Limited acts as the alternative investment fund manager of the Company.
