Freight Technologies, Inc. (Fr8Tech) is a technology company. The Company is engaged in developing solutions to optimize and automate the supply chain process. Its wholly owned subsidiary Freight App, Inc. (Fr8App) is a business-to-business (B2B) cross-border shipping marketplace in the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) region powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. The Company's Fr8App provides carriers with opportunities and shippers with flexibility, and visibility for the complex process of international over-the-road (OTR) shipping. Fr8App uses its proprietary technology platform to connect carriers and shippers through technologies, such as live pricing and real-time tracking, digital freight marketplace, broker, transportation management, fleet management and committed capacity solutions. Its Fr8App platform also provides a system user with a summary of all its freight activities through a combination of reports or visual displays on its screen.
