Eastern Province Cement Company produces and sells clinker and cement in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally. The company operates in two segments, Cement and Precast. The Cement segment engages in the manufacture and wholesale of ordinary, salt-resistant, and clinker cement. The Precast segment provides partitions, frames, and prefabricated buildings from prefabricated concrete. It also engages in the operation of quarries, mining of gypsum and anhydrite, and wholesale of cement and gypsum. Eastern Province Cement Company was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Dammam, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

we have enforceable award issued by the supreme court of England and Wales since 2009 . . they do not honor it , even not responding . . we tried to execute same in Saudi Arabia but dare to pass what the judge respond.... even though Saudi Arabia is member of the NY convention . . we still chasing them, out of Saudi Arabia and so far we have from UK , and recently from Germany and in Lebanon too . (despite the messages which was send from us , from our lawyers but they full ignoring same . - Leave to you to comment . (I only do remember when our arbitrator approached them where they respond in writing ''quote'' you do not know with whom you are working ?? and we shall sue you (to arbitrator) and the co's lawyers etc... so just an idea of their behavior .
