in spite of market reaction, latest news is good. If they get court agreement, we should see slow recovery of cash indefinitely over time, bolstering funds of business and funding new cases. Rather that than let Argentina keep delaying.

given impact of high interest rates on NPV of future income are what stalled the advance here, would expect big bounce on fed and BoE decisions
