Billington Holdings Plc, through its subsidiaries, designs, manufactures, and installs structural steelworks in the United Kingdom, Europe, and internationally. The company was formerly known as Amco Corporation Plc and changed its name to Billington Holdings Plc in June 2008. This company caught my eye because it has all of the attributes of a great investment. Sales revenue has been steadily increasing year on year at a cumulative average growth rate (CAGR) in excess of 19% and earnings (profits) have been increasing more rapidly than that. The company has a fantastic balance sheet with no long term debt, increasing working capital and growing cash balances. The Current Ratio is a health 1.54. Free cash flow is also expanding. The business has a very low capital intensity deploying approximately £12 of net capital for every £100 of sales generated. All the ingredients for growth are there. Profit margins are tight which is a good thing because it creates a moat (barrier to entry for potential competitors). It has a PS ratio of 0.2, a PEG of 0.27 and based on my adjusted earnings, the real PE ratio is approximately 4. This ought to provide investors with an earnings yield of about 25%. There is plenty of growth ahead in this stock. I bought them at 298p
