Take a look at Non Standard Finance, in a simular position to AMGO but less redress, also havent gone down the SOA route so should go in their favour with the FCA. Thank me later ;-)

Well ive woke up to a whole heap of mess
any news?
As I see it there are two options available. 1. judge sides with FCA and its up to Amigo board to carry through to administration. 2. judge finds for Amigo and approves scheme.First option shares worthless, second option great, shares have value. The sting in the tale will be FCA fines.sold all mine out by Tuesday.
This could fly soon
no jet .I'm afraid
crash landing
If you bought at 18 and did not sell at 24 then I'd say sitting at 15/16 is no major loss yet ... if you decided to hold as court case began you had to know you could lose it all ... if you don't want to take that chance get out now whilst you still have 80% of your money (ish)
Thanks Jason. Much appreciated
Hi All, any suggestions on this please? Purchased at 18 so looking at a huge loss. Do you think there is a possibility of the company becoming insolvent. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
slam dunk at the moment
nothing serious
well you got that wrong
This is a twitchy one! Hopefully the Judge will come to the right decision. There are +400 jobs on the line too
The Judge presiding over the hearing will not be giving his judgement today but has indicated that he will do so in due course. The listing in the ordinary shares of Amigo Holdings PLC and trading in the Company's ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange will therefore remain temporarily suspended. Pending an announcement of the Court hearing's outcome, the Company will request the suspension be lifted.
Yes trading suspended until the judges ruling i believe at the request of amigo themselves.
any idea on when this will be? thanks for all your info. Got some money on this worried.
Amigo Holdings PLC - Bournemouth-based guarantor loans provider - Applies to lift temporary share suspension, which company asked for on Tuesday. "The company is not aware of any inside information which has not been updated to the market and the company can confirm that no decision has been made in relation to the Court Sanction hearing held yesterday to consider the company's proposed Scheme of Arrangement. Furthermore, the company is not able to confirm when the decision on the Scheme of Arrangement will be delivered by the court or when and how it will be announced," Amigo adds.
