Amedeo Air Four Plus Limited is a Guernsey-based specialist fund. The Company's investment objective is to obtain income returns and a capital return for its shareholders by acquiring, leasing, and then selling aircraft. To pursue its investment objective, the Company sought to use the net proceeds of placings and/or other equity capital raisings, together with debt facilities, to acquire aircraft, which it leased to one of three major airlines. The Company has about 12 wholly owned aircraft owning subsidiaries and two Irish leasing subsidiaries.
