Alpha Real Trust Limited is a Guernsey-based closed-end investment company. The Company targets investment, development, financing and other opportunities in real estate, real estate operating companies and securities, real estate services, infrastructure, infrastructure services, other asset-backed businesses and related operations and services businesses that offer risk-adjusted total returns. The Company focusses on asset-backed lending, debt investments and high return property investments in Western Europe that are capable of delivering risk-adjusted cash flows. Its portfolio mix includes high return debt, high return equity in property investments, other investments and cash. The Company has a diversified portfolio of secured senior and mezzanine loan investments. Its debt portfolio comprises predominately floating rate loans.
