The onshore oil & gas OEM segment designs, engineers, and manufactures pressure pumping equipment, such as pump units, blenders, and hydration units, as well as automation, controls, and data management equipment used in the hydraulic fracturing and cementing of oil and gas wells; and gas compression packages used in artificial lift applications. This segment also provides aftermarket parts and services, primarily for pressure pumping and gas compression operations. The offshore oil & gas OEM segment designs, engineers, and manufactures managed pressure drilling systems for retrofits and new-build rigs, drilling risers, riser gas management, early kick/loss detection, dual gradient drilling, continuous circulation, buoyancy, and subsea connectors; and rotating control devices for the onshore space. This segment also provides software, controls, analytics, and testing services. The connectors & precision manufacturing segment designs, engineers, and manufactures connectors, forgings, forged products, and rolled rings for the oil and gas industry, including midstream, refining, LNG, and petrochemical, as well as general industrial, power generation, transportation and aerospace markets; and provides engineering, forging, and private label precision manufacturing services for other OEMs. Ameriforge LLC was formerly known as AFG Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to Ameriforge LLC in June 2021. The company was founded in 1996 and is based in Houston, Texas.
